Welcome to Nightingale. By creating an account or using our translation services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1The Service
Nightingale provides AI-powered translation between Ukrainian and American English, including text translation, conversational practice, image/document translation, and cultural context. The service is offered as-is — while we strive for accuracy, AI translations may contain errors and should not be used as a substitute for professional certified translation.
2Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may sign in with email and password or through Google. One account per person — do not create multiple accounts. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings panel.
3Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Nightingale to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service; or circumvent bot-protection or security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
4Your Content
Text and images you submit for translation remain yours. We process them solely to provide the translation service and store your translation history in your account. We do not use your content to train models or share it with third parties. Uploaded images are stored securely in the cloud and are accessible only to you.
5Intellectual Property
The Nightingale name, logo, design, and all original content are our property. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the application itself. The translations you produce using the service are yours to use freely.
6Limitation of Liability
Nightingale is provided without warranty. We are not liable for translation errors, service interruptions, or data loss beyond what is within our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service, if any.
7Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use of Nightingale after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
